Refund Policy

Refunds depend on inspection and service conditions. Please review the eligibility and timelines below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered when a paid repair fails inspection within the warranty period and we are unable to resolve the same fault on a follow-up visit.

Service Cancellation Rules

Cancellations made before technician dispatch are free of charge. Once a technician has been dispatched, the visit charge becomes non-refundable.

Advance Payment Policy

For high-value spare parts, an advance may be collected. This advance is fully adjusted into the final invoice on completion.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Diagnosis-only visits where no repair is performed
  • Customer-initiated cancellations after part procurement
  • Damage from customer mishandling after service

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Technician Visit Charges

Visit charges are applicable per appointment and are adjusted into the repair cost if the customer proceeds with the recommended repair.
