Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the refrigerator repair services provided by Whirlpool Service Center Sukhmani Place.

Service Terms

All repair work is carried out by qualified technicians using genuine OEM-grade spare parts. Service quality and timelines are subject to appliance condition and parts availability.

Booking Terms

Service bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp or our website. Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability for the selected slot.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, UPI and digital payments. Estimates are shared before any chargeable work begins.

Warranty Disclaimer

We provide a service warranty on parts and labour for the agreed period communicated at the time of repair. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, voltage fluctuation or unrelated faults.

Technician Visit Policy

A nominal visit charge applies for diagnosis. This charge is adjusted into the repair cost if the customer proceeds with the recommended repair.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate appliance information at booking
  • Ensure safe access to the appliance
  • Make timely payment after completion
  • Report any service concerns within the warranty period

Cancellation Terms

Bookings may be cancelled before the technician's dispatch at no charge. Once a technician has been dispatched, the visit charge will apply.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
